About Lillian
Lillian Rivera has dedicated her life's work to creating environments that celebrate our unique journeys. With two decades of experience in capacity building and leadership, she has developed Diversity & Inclusion strategies for organizations including the New York City Department of Education, Con Edison, and Fossil.
She partners with organizations working to address issues affecting under-represented communities. She has developed training focused on systemic racism, implicit bias, gender inequalities, and intersectional perspectives.
